By accessing or using Vritico (the "Service"), available at social.vritico.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vritico is a social media engagement and automation platform that lets you manage comments and messages and automate replies across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Vritico. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must own or be authorized to manage any Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number you connect.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the Meta Terms, Meta Platform Terms, and the Instagram and WhatsApp platform policies. You agree to comply with all applicable Meta policies when using Vritico to interact with those platforms. We may suspend functionality as required to remain compliant with Meta.
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time as described on our Data Deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, including if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks our compliance with Meta policies. You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vritico and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
