Data Deletion Instructions

Vritico respects your privacy and gives you control over your data. In line with the Meta Platform Terms, we provide clear ways to delete the data we hold about you. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Remove the app (automatic)

When you remove Vritico from your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta automatically notifies us and we delete your associated data:

  • Open Facebook > Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  • Go to "Apps and Websites".
  • Find "Vritico" in the list.
  • Click "Remove".

Meta sends us a signed deletion request and returns a confirmation code with a link to a status page where you can verify that your data was removed.

Option 2 — Email request (manual)

You can also ask us to delete your data directly. Send an email to support@vritico.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm completion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

  • Your Vritico user account and profile details.
  • Access tokens for every connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, and WhatsApp number.
  • Your connected pages, automation workflows, and workflow logs.
  • Captured lead and conversation data associated with your account.

Check a deletion request

If you removed the app and received a confirmation code, you can check its status on the deletion status page. For anything else, contact support@vritico.com.
