1. Introduction

Vritico ("Vritico," "we," "our," or "us"), available at social.vritico.com, is a social media engagement and automation platform that helps businesses manage comments and messages and automate replies across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. By using Vritico you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect data needed to provide the service, and only with the permissions you grant during Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp login.

Account information

  • Your name, email address, and profile picture from Facebook or Google.
  • The list of Facebook Pages, Instagram Business/Creator accounts, and WhatsApp Business numbers you choose to connect.

Data from connected Meta accounts

With the permissions you approve, we access and process the following from your connected accounts:

  • Messages & conversations on Messenger and Instagram — including message content, message edits, reactions, delivery and read events, message tags, postbacks, opt-ins, and account-linking events — so we can deliver and automate replies.
  • Comments on your Facebook Page posts and Instagram posts and live videos, so workflows can reply to or act on them.
  • Page & post content (feed) you publish or manage, used to display your posts and match automation triggers.
  • Contacts who interact with you ("leads") — the page-scoped ID, display name, and profile picture of people who message or comment on your connected accounts, so you can see and manage those conversations.
  • Access tokens issued by Meta for your connected Pages and accounts, which let us perform the actions you configure on your behalf.

Usage data

  • Basic logs about how you use Vritico (e.g., workflow runs and their success or failure) used to operate and troubleshoot the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Vritico service.
  • Display your connected pages, posts, comments, and conversations inside your dashboard.
  • Send replies and run the automation workflows you configure (e.g., replying to comments and sending direct messages).
  • Troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and keep the platform reliable.

We do not use Meta data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles unrelated to the service you requested.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information or the data of people who interact with you. We share data only:

  • With service providers that host and operate Vritico on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, database, and infrastructure providers), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • To comply with the law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.
  • With your direction— for example, when you send a message or reply through the service, it is delivered to the recipient via Meta's platforms.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored on secured infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
  • Access tokens and credentials are protected and access is restricted to the systems and personnel that need them to run the service.
  • We retain data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, after which it is deleted (see below).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your data at any time. When you remove Vritico from your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the associated data; you can also request deletion directly. Both paths, and what gets deleted, are described on our Data Deletion page. Removing data is permanent and cannot be undone.

7. Compliance with Meta Platform Policies

Our access to and use of data obtained through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use Meta data only to provide and improve the features you enable, and we honor the data-handling and deletion requirements those policies impose.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@vritico.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Vritico is intended for businesses and users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Vritico after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
